APPLY FOR 2024-2025 HOUSING
We are accepting applications for the 2024-2025 term, and you may apply HERE. Please activate your NET ID prior to submitting an application. Visit our FAQ page for commonly asked questions or email [email protected].
*UPDATE* At this time, there is a waitlist for occupancy. You may apply if you are interested in being added to the waitlist. However, an assignment cannot be guaranteed and are based on availability.

CHOOSE YOUR RESIDENCE OPTIONS
We have spaces suitable for students who are arriving single, partnered, or with a family. During the application process, you’ll have a chance to rank your room/apartment preferences. If you’re a single student applying for a shared apartment, be sure to complete the Lifestyle Questionnaire within the application to search for compatible roommates. Those who are already matched with roommates may apply together.

CONFIRM YOUR HOUSING ASSIGNMENT
Assignments are made according to your ranked preferences and space availability. Once you receive a housing assignment by email, sign your housing license online and submit a deposit within two weeks to confirm it. (Complete instructions will be included in the housing assignment notification email.)
Please note: On-campus housing is not guaranteed for graduate and professional students but we make every effort to accommodate your request.
